TSURU KIKKOU (Cranes Turtle Shell Pattern ); Japanese traditional pattern
Three cranes are placed on Mitsudomoe (three comma-shaped figures in a circle) and put in a turtle shell pattern called KIKKOU. Turtles and cranes are considered a symbol of longevity in Japan. KIKKOU is one of the Kissho Monyo (auspicious omens motifs) that has been loved for a long time.
Features of The Fabric: There are original features of silk such as antioxidant action, skin friendly, moisture retention, hygroscopicity, ultraviolet ray cutting.
Kyoto craftsmen do the whole process of dyeing, weaving and sewing silk.
The lining is made of 100% cotton fabric, which is soft to the touch and highly absorbent.
